A. INSTALLING AGENT |

1) Click on this button to download and install the TeamViewerQS_en.exe file, which is required to allow a remote Screen-sharing Session. |

RUN FILE |
2) Run (install) the file. | ||
Mozilla Firefox Users: It will ask you to "save as" first - Make note of where
it
downloads
the file

ID/PASSWORD |
3) Note your ID and Password, and have it ready to give to our technician. | ||
B. SCREEN-SHARING SESSION Once our technician has initiated his work on your system, please do not operate the cursor or keyboard until you are asked to do so. It's normal for there to be no screen activity from time to time. |
